Enable the Next Activity Functionality

To use the Next Activity functionality, configure an Application Settings record:

  1. Go to Setup → Custom Code → Custom Settings.

  2. Click Manage next to Application Settings → click the required Application Settings record.

  3. Select Create Next Activity.

  4. Click Save.

The setup is complete.
