Contact Field Reference

The following fields are created on the standard Contact object during the CT CPG installation.

In case of creating new divisions, create the DivisionNameCategory__c field with the category picklist and the DivisionNameTargetCheck__c checkbox, where Name is the new division name.

Division Alpha Category

Picklist

The Contact category that used to assign the target frequency to the selected Contact record. Available values by default:

  • Store manager

  • Category manager

  • Supervisor

It is possible to create a new division.

Division Alpha Target

CTCPG__DivisionAlphaTargetCheck__c

Checkbox

The field is checked if the Contact record has been assigned to the specified category.

Division Beta Category

CTCPG__DivisionBetaCategory__c

Picklist

The Contact category that used to assign the target frequency to the selected Contact record. Available values by default:

  • Supervisor

Checkbox

The field is checked if the Contact record has been assigned to the specified category.
