Customertimes, Corp. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of users of the CT Mobile mobile application (the “Application”), designed for use on compatible Apple iOS devices.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and the rights available to users regarding their data.

2. Scope of Policy
This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through the Application. By using the Application, users acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in this document.
3. Information We Collect
The Application collects limited technical diagnostic data strictly necessary for application stability and performance monitoring. The Application may also process content that users intentionally upload or create within the Application as part of its business functionality.
4. Access to Device Features
The Application may request permission to access certain device features, including:

Access to these features is requested solely to enable core business functionality of the Application.
Permission to access these features is requested through standard Apple iOS permission controls. Users may grant or deny access at their discretion and may revoke permission at any time through device settings.
Content such as images, media files, documents, or location data may be processed within the Application when users intentionally provide such content. Such content is used only to enable requested functionality and is not collected for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Crash and Diagnostic Information
When the Application encounters a technical malfunction or unexpected failure, certain diagnostic information may be automatically collected, including but not limited to:

Date and time of the crash event

Technical logs necessary to diagnose and resolve errors
This information does not directly identify individual users.
6. Use of Firebase
Crash and diagnostic data is collected and processed using Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google LLC. Firebase Crashlytics assists in monitoring Application stability and identifying technical issues.
Firebase may process diagnostic data on our behalf in accordance with its privacy and security standards. Additional information about Firebase data handling practices can be found in Google’s privacy documentation.
We use Firebase Crashlytics exclusively for Application performance monitoring and error resolution.
7. Purpose of Data Processing
Diagnostic data is processed solely for the following purposes:

Monitoring Application stability and performance

Identifying, analyzing, and correcting technical errors

Maintaining Application security and reliability

Improving user experience through performance optimization
Diagnostic data is not used for marketing, advertising, user profiling, or tracking across applications or services.
8. Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable under data protection regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), diagnostic data is processed based on the Company’s legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning, security, and continuous improvement of the Application.
9. Data Retention
Crash and diagnostic data is retained for a period not exceeding three (3) months from the date of collection. Upon expiration of this retention period, data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
10. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or commercially distribute user data.
Diagnostic data may be shared only with trusted third-party service providers that support Application infrastructure and performance monitoring, including Firebase Crashlytics. Such providers process data exclusively on our behalf and are contractually obligated to implement appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards.
Data may also be disclosed if required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
11. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect diagnostic data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards include secure data transmission and restricted access controls.
While we strive to protect data, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. User Rights
Subject to applicable laws and jurisdiction, users may have the right to:

Submit a complaint to a relevant data protection authority
Requests may be submitted by using the information in Section 16 below.
Due to the nature of diagnostic crash data, we may not be able to associate collected information with a specific individual.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended to collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal data from a child has been inadvertently collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information promptly.
Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information may contact us by using the information in Section 16 below.
14. International Data Transfers
Diagnostic data may be processed or stored on servers located outside the user’s country of residence. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Application following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
