4.1 Setting up the Einstein Provider

To use the Salesforce Einstein provider for product image recognition:

  1. Go to the CT Vision Setup tab.

  2. In the Provider Configuration section, select Einstein from the Provider picklist.

  3. Click the Plus button to add a new Model ID.

  4. In the Add New Model window:

    1. Enter the Model ID.

    2. Enter Name.

    3. If necessary, activate the External Model (Einstein) checkbox.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Repeat steps 3–5 to add more models if necessary.

  7. Click the 25 button.

  8. In the Available Models window:

    1. Activate the desired models.

      1. Edit the user Email and the Model name.

      2. Activate the External Model checkbox.

        Currently, only external models are supported.

      3. Verify the Private Access Key.

      4. Click on Test to view the indication on top of the screen signaling if the connection was successful or not.

  9. Click Save.

The Einstein provider is added.

  • Under the Model Id, only the active models are listed.
