Creating an Individual Quota for a Product
Let’s create a Quota to restrict the number of distributed products on certain dates.
To create a Quota:

Go to the Quotas tab and click New.

Select the Individual record type and click Next.

Enter the following:

Product Type: Product.

Start Date: 6 July 2022.

End Date: 31 July 2022.
-
Set Active.
-
Unit of Measure: Quantity.

Sales Organization: Default Sales Org.

User: select the current user.
-
Order Type: Order.
-
Product: DM SPOON YOG 105 CRNCH-S-CAR/plast cup.
-
Account: METRO Giper Ship To #016.
-
Limit Quantity: 48.
-
-
Click Save.
The Quota for a product is created.
