Creating an Individual Quota for a Freebie

Let’s create a Quota to restrict the number of distributed freebies on certain dates.

To create a Quota:

  1. Go to the Quotas tab and click New.

  2. Select the Individual record type and click Next.

  3. Enter the following:

    • Product Type: Freebie.

    • Start Date: 6 July 2022.

    • End Date: 31 July 2022.

    • Set Active.

    • Unit of Measure: Quantity.

    • Sales Organization: Default Sales Org.

    • User: select the current user.

    • Order Type: Order.

    • Product: DM CURD DESS 127 WAFF-CRM/plast cup.

    • Limit Quantity: 8.

  4. Click Save.

The Quota for a product is created.
