Creating a Quota Template for a Promotion

Let’s create a Quota Template based on which an individual quota will be created when a certain promotion is added to the order cart.

To create a Quota Template:

  1. Go to the Quotas tab and click New.

  2. Select the Template record type and click Next.

  3. Enter the following:

    • Product Type: Product and Freebie.

    • Start Date: 6 July 2022.

    • End Date: 31 July 2022.

    • Set Active.

    • Unit of Measure: Amount.

    • Amount Field: orders__TotalPrice__c.

    • Sales Organization: Default Sales Org.

    • Order Type: Order.

    • Promotion: All. Bio Balance.Kefir.

    • Limit Amount: 1,000.

  4. Click Save.

The Quota Template for promotion is created.
