Setting up Product Availability for Product (6.1)

Create two Product Availability records:

  • Change the default product availability and set up the availability dates for the first CT Product.

  • Set the unavailability dates for the second CT Product.

You can create multiple Product Availability records for one product. If such records are found, the info icon shows a maximum of 3 records sorted by date, closest to the first delivery date.

In Workshop 6.1, we create one Product Availability record for a product.

For the first CT Product:

  1. Go to the CT Products → click DM SPOON YOG 105 CRNCH-GNG-CIN/plast cup.

  2. In the Default Availability Type field, select Not Available.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Go to the Product Availability tab and click New.

  5. Enter the following:

    • Start Date: 5 July 2022.

    • End Date: 31 July 2022.

    • Set Active.

    • Sales Organization: Default Sales Org.

    • Order Type: Order.

    • Availability Type: Available.

    • Product: DM SPOON YOG 105 CRNCH-GNG-CIN/plast cup.

    • Product Type: Product.

  6. Click Save & New.

The availability dates are created.

For the second CT Product:

  1. Enter the following:

    • Start Date: 4 July 2022.

    • End Date: 31 July 2022.

    • Set Active.

    • Sales Organization: Default Sales Org.

    • Order Type: Order.

    • Availability Type: Not Available.

    • Product: DM SPOON YOG 105 CRNCH-MAR-MAN/plast cup.

    • Product Type: Product.

  2. Click Save.

The unavailability dates are created.
