Creating a Prioritized Freebie Type (3.1)

First, create a Freebie Type record with the Prioritized record type to apply only the one matched condition that is a priority among all suitable conditions:

  1. Go to the Freebie Types tab and click New.

  2. Select a Prioritized record type and click Next.

  3. Enter the following:

    • Freebie Type Name: Structural Freebies.

    • Order Type: Order and PreSale.

    • External Id: structural.

    • Set Active.

    • Condition Fields Update Type: Real-Time.

      • The current user must have access to all the fields listed in the Condition Fields List field.

      • Do not enter any values in the Condition Fields List field. This field will be automatically filled in later.

  4. Click Save.

The Freebie Type is created.
